- bryony skudder Review added: 2018.01.13★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Would give 0 if possible. Very disappointed with the treatment from their customer service. We mentioned in the comments section that one of us had a DAIRY allergy, we rang to ask whether there was any dairy in the toffee and were met with questions and no answers and didn't even know what ingredients were in their toffee. So after deciding to forgo the toffee we placed the order with the afore mentioned dairy allergy notification.
We then received 3 separate phone calls asking what a dairy allergy was and then they proceeded to ask about a gluten allergy when we hadn't even mentioned her having one (because she doesn't). When we asked to cancel the order the man on the phone was extremely rude and tried to explain away his mistakes by saying he was trying to tell us that the flower in the noodles "may have been conbined using milk".
This was NOT the case, he repeatedly asked if she had a gluten allergy which we never mentioned.
Over all they're rude and very dangerous to order from as they don't even know what their ingredients are.
