Last week Bought 8 items and wanted to exchange 3 e next day for a bedspread and did not have my receipt with me,They looked at me like I have stolen something. Called e manager and to my surprise she said we cannot exchange it. I work in a recognised retail myself and know if customer only bought it few days and know e method of payment receipt can easily be retrieved or even a credit note could be an obtion. There was zero apologies no form of polite customer service rule and I think they all need a bit more training on how to make a customer wants to come back and shop more even when they are following procedures and treat all customers equally especially regular once the see on a weekly basis
