- Will Capiron Review added: 2018.09.20★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Very bad service! All I ordered was a cable for my headphones. I ordered this on 23rd January. When I emailed to chase them a few days later I had no response, I emailed them the following day threatening to cancel if I heard nothing back and funnily enough I then received an email saying the wrong cables had arrived therefore I would have to wait a further week which I didn't mind as they offered £5 refund (which I never received). After waiting a further week which was Friday last week I emailed them again over the weekend chasing it, no reply. I just called them and the cable still had not yet arrived.
Must admit I have been in retail over 16 years and this is the worst service I have ever come across. Unhelpful and didn't care I had been chasing.
I would not recommend!
