Rang to ask for a site survey to get work booked in as soon as possible to lift 3 steels into place. Was told he was too busy to survey but it would be £1000. Asked how he knew it would be this cost with out taking into account the access, reach and vehicle required and simply said he didn't have the time to waste.
I've used a couple of national companies before in London and they have always insisted on surveys before.
Absolutely awful service please avoid!
