The bin collection was terrible and they did not collect the bin several times, especially for the food bin. Called the council and the response from the staff was not friendly and put me to voice mail, as he said it is customer service line. I was very disappointed with their service and really unprofessional. We all pay the tax and its just waste government money and waste our time.
