They are a good team and I don't think the reviews are fair based upon my own experiences.
The butt hurt Polish lady who said her husband was treated badly and "spoken to in English" is obviously a complete knob with nothing better to do than complain over trivial matters. Maybe he was spoken to in English because this is an English employment agency? Get a life.
